We are coming from USA....and were staying in hotel from last 3 months...we met this real estate agent from Sutton Group...she has been phenomenal in her job, very professional and guided us on each step... she helped us find our dream home (specially me :-) ) at a very great price...i mean she negoitated really well....we are very impressed and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Any Mississauga families interested to become friends....

Welcome to Canada and Canadian Desi and congratulations on buying your 'dream home' with in 3 months of your landing. That's great...
Your Realtor must have done a very-very good rather extraordinary job which prompted you to write about how good she was in your 2nd post after joining Canadian Desi forum.
Moreover, for a change it is good to see some one writing good words about the good experience he/she had with the professional he/she hired, otherwise people generally write only about complaining regarding their their Realtors or mortgage broker or lawyers mentioning the 'bad experience' they had in dealing with them.

Pramod, First of all thank you for your best wishes...yes She indeed did a wonderful job....we are senior couple and know the world a lot... so know who you are dealing with who is what trying to do or say....
You seem to be in mortage business...yet you sound surprised buying a house within months of landing and yet to from USA...
I do not think buying a house is difficult and specailly in Canada where government incentives are quite supportive...
Why do we have to make a fuss on things goes wrong...I know for few people praising others seems to be quite a milestone...for them its a courageous step to come out and say loud good things..... why should we not praise and highlight positive things about others rather nagging on wrong things....?
