Yes, this could be called selling but what about those members who approach through this great site to me and other CD professionals dealing in mortgage, investments and tax. Why do you guys see only the negative sides? Why do not you see the positives that how members are getting benefited by the great jobs some of the professionals have been doing on this site?
It sounds to me that you guys are advocating to ban
on this site all realtors, mortgage, insurance, investment and tax professionals because they always use their address, website, phone and fax no and at the same time give experienced sound professional advise.-----------------------------------------------------------------

I personally found lot of difference in approach by different professionals. I saw Pramod almost providing advise thru the year and his advice is always to the point and stops short of selling his services directly. I noticed that for eight months in the year, you are in hibernation and as soon December is close you reappear and start providing your comments/advise (till April). Interesting thing is that you always quote that I did this or that for my other clients, though that could not be true always but it is tactic to attract individuals.
Mortage rates are going down or up. Share thay information and news but I got my clients a rate of X%. What does that mean? You are competent and other professionals are not.

This is not true at all. Besides, there could be individual siyuations. I do not take much interest in the subjects which does not appeal me.

May be some times I quoted it because I did it. You are most welcome to have your wild imaginations to guess whatever you wish. I never wrote others are incompetent. In Mortgage business some times it depends and the lenders give special discount/interest rate to a particular broker depending upon volume. Other professionals do plainly ask to contact them on their given phone nos.
