Hi!!
I would like u to give your expert opinion on my status.
Filed in the ( Skilled category self/spouse /child)applicationat CHC,New Delhi on July 14th 2001.
Took up IELTS in Dec 2002( score 7.0 and spoken score 9.0)
Recd a letter asking for medicals/Visa fees/Police clearance atc by mid April 2003.Sent the same by June 2003.
Recd a letter asking for all our passports in the month of Oct,2003.Sent the same by Oct 15,2003.
No response after that.Sent a reminder in Nov and got a reply asking for a recent Police clearance which was again sent on Dec1st,2003.
No reply since then.But omn the eclient status it has come as decision Made.
Waht does this infer?Can I take it that we are thro with the immigration or will there be a chane of rejection.When shall we know.

Thank you for your introduction.Its nice to know about people when you are going to a country where u dont have many to call upon.
What is the status of your file?Have u got your visa?Kindly let me know?I was also wondering as to why I didnt get a reply from the lawyers of this website?

It is a voluntary service they are providing anyway but you have not heard from them probably because you posted under the 'Jobs' section.
I'm sure you would have received a reply if you posted under the immigration section.

Thank you Mr.JAke3D,
could you help me out in posting under the immigration section.I was under the assumption that this was posted under the same as I had initially done in the same way.Anyway could somebody respond to my queries as lots of my plans are dependent on the time taken to receive further info from the embassy.
