Hello All
I have got a part time job on campus at my college and I am a full time international student from the last two years. I am only left with three courses in my program. I know that international students are eligible to work on campus if they are full time. But as this is my last semester and I am only left with three courses, therefore I cannot study full time. Can I still work at the college?
Cannot study fulltime? What do you mean? Why can't you take those 3 courses full-time? International students aren't allowed to study part-time by the way. I don't see why you won't be able to work on or off campus since you've already completed more than 6 months of study. You should talk to the International Student Advisor at your college, I'm sure they will help you out. By the way, which college do you go to?

"Although nothing in the legislation or the policy prevents students from working 20 hours per week on campus and 20 hours per week off campus, you should discourage students from working more than a maximum of 20 hours per week, reminding them that they must study full-time and maintain satisfactory academic standing in order to remain eligible for the program."

Thanks for the link. It really helped a lot. I got the following useful information from their.
If students meet all the eligibility requirements, with the exception of full-time status, but are in their last session, they will still be considered to be eligible for the program. These students would still be eligible for the work permit under the Off-Campus Work Permit Program.
But I am still wondering if it's also true for the On-Campus work.
WOW Dudeee...!!
U found something good for me...!!
Thanks
I am in my final term and its part time study so I can still work off campus...
I believe there should be the same criteria for on campus work permit as well.... But still It will be helpful if somebody can comment on your case.
