Hi

I had ordered 41 books from thriftbooks.com around 21st September 2006. Till date, only 20 have arrived. (The company had to send the shipment from its warehouse in Seattle to my receiving address in the neighbouring Everett)

I have sent them 2 emails, and also a fax to the CEO but no one has reponded to my query about the remaining books. The telephone number that I got from another website keeps taking me to a voice mail.

Does anyone who is into books know:
a) what's up with them?
b)what I could do now?

I find this complete silence quite bewildering since they had given me excellent service last year and moreover, the company is not a fly-by-the-night type (has tie-ups with Amazon) so any info will be welcome.
