HUH????

Buddy, you should soooo be doing stand-up......no prep needed. They should at least give you your own show or sitcom or something...

I couldn’t stop laughing when I read the oil on the legs comment. Does it mean that any guy or gal wearing shorts should apply coconut or other oil on their shaved legs? If I remember my high school biology doesn’t the sebaceous gland secrete oil?

Oh this thread is so funny :)

I thought people applied oil on their head to grow hair......I mean if you applied oil on your legs wouldn't that make hair grow more.......and God forbid if you applied Anoop on your legs......you'd be wearing a bearskin for life......:D

I have only 2 cents to contribute, not a cent more, not a cent less ;-)

I guess that is what TK wants for people to have more hair on their legs so that “they will dress appropriately to cover their deficiencies” (not my words). :p

And how does one decide if a person has dry skin? I doubt if a visual inspection will determine a dry skin. The best way would be to touch it, feel it and then decide ;) . So here is a great idea for anyone looking for a good way to spend the long weekend. Carry a can of oil spray and if you meet someone who has dry and scaly skin use the oil spray on the person’s legs and advise them to dress appropriately.

I have lived in south India for a long time and have seen men wearing a lungi lifted up till their knees and most of them have such hairy legs that they will put King Kong to shame.:) :)

IMO, there should be some discipline in the office when it comes to dress. Its not the convenience, its the discipline. Hope desis dont fall for this, trying to copy the whites (also termed as wannabe whites)

It's not necessarily a free for all. My company and lot others enforce "Business Casual". That means no skimpy skirts, no shorts and no jeans. Jeans allowed fridays.

Yes, there should be some sort of dress code that would reflect the professionalism of the corporation. And I believe, most companies do have some sort of dress code.
