While your credentials look good, I am not sure how satisfied you can be looking at the job prospects here.

Last week I had met a person who had been exactly in similar position as yours (senior management professional in Tobacco industry) and also having lived in Kenya besides other countries. While I cannot be sure, but I think he decided to run a tuition centre for kids in toronto since he might have not found suitable placement to commensurate his qualifications and experience.
