Hi Kalia,
I'll post your resume to the client
As immigration rule been relaxed I would say you don't leave your job in India rather take one month vacation and land over here. You can apply for SIN card, open bank account and apply for PR card.If you are getting a job thats fine otherwise after collecting your SIN card and PR card and you can return back to India and take some more time before you finally start moving here permanently(u can stay 3 years in every 5 years out of Canada)
Before you land here you cann post your resume to couple of ERP related companys like http://addmorepersonnel.com
or igatemastech.com etc
You can also search in GOOGLE for ERP recruiting agencies in Toronto area
Thanks and best of luck

Hi Senthil,
You skill set is ideal for getting a good job in USA .To get a job in Canada you need to look for agencies and I know there are plenty of agencies in IT area but only few of them are jenuine and could help you in get a job in your own line.I would say you can try following options
(1) Post your resume to all major job sites like yahoo hotjob, monster, workopolise(Yes I got several call from Canadian recruiters who got my resume in workopolise),monster,dice.com
(2)Prepare your resume in North American style and you need to highlight your project experience carefully. Please note that recruiter will short list you based on your resume only
(3)Search for agencies via google around GTA in your own line and schedule a appointment with them.In Canada all agencies want to see someone face to face first(probably to check whether you have 2 leags,2 ears, one nose or not!!!) and you need to talk in North American style and use your body movement, eye contact etc...these soft skills are most important in this country
(4)You can search for IT training instititutes around and approach them for a position there as a training instructer...if you are certified then you might get a job there
(5)If you are not getting a break at all in Canada in next six months you better try to get a job in USA.I know oracle and .net is doing very good and IT market is picking up in USA slowly. So try to get H1B (you might need to pay for yourself but will cost you USD 1200 for premium processing) and strat working there. If you have US project experience and have good soft skills you'll definately get a good job in Canada when you will be back from USA.
Hope this info will help you.If you need any more info pass on your contact number over my yahoo ID .I can speak to you also if you want before I leave for Montreal by end of this month
Best of luck
