yes, very much. I have followed English league (the only one that matters;) ) since I was a kid? What about you?

Cant stand the EPL. Bunch of wussies. England will probably win the world Cup when soccer is no longer popular :)

I am a Germany fan. I get irritated that the TV channels here cover only the EPL (urgh!).

Anyway I am not much of a league follower. I like to watch international games more - EURO Cup, World Cup and UEFA.

After every World Cup I go into depression ... another 4 years :(

True technically they are excellent and the germans too...they play to a plan and use the dreaded counter - attack brilliantly. They defend better too. But they sacrifice a good game for technical ability/playing to plan/withdrawing stikers after scoring.

English soccer is very fast paced and interesting to watch. With the influx of foreign players (especially the french) it is even better....since the top teams have virtually stopped with the old traditional "long ball" game. Watch Arsenal play. IMO (and many others) they are a delight to watch. A Mix of French flair and fantastic passing and counter attacking. They have the elements of the Dutch national team from the 70s (Cruyff). So a move could start at the back and 1-2-3 ----> goal.

One of the big challenges that Foreign players face (and vice versa too) when they come to England is to get up and running with the pace.
