……There's nothing like the deep, satisfying belch that follows a good meal. But hey America, what about dessert? Iran and Syria have both been offered up as succulent dishes to follow the Iraqi main course. May I suggest a simpler alternative, right next door? Invade Canada. Hell, we're asking for it……

Author Jerome Corsi filed a Freedom of Information Act request asking for full disclosure of the activities of an office implementing a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that apparently could lead to a North American union, despite having no authorization from Congress.
Alarming?? It's funny. The first article is filled with cynicism and sarcasm and is directed to poke fun at the typically ignorant American public.
I am not able to open the second article as my network has slowed down. Will comment later

I was sarcastic too when I said should we worry. About the second story if it is true, same would apply to our exPM too
US of A does not need to invade. It controls the Canadian economy as 70-80% of trade of Canada is with US of A. The minute US of A tightens its borders and its imports the Canadian economy will go for a spin. The only interest the US of A has in Canada is its abundant oil resource. Hence its only interest will be with Alberta in particular and not Ottawa.
If you watch David Letterman or Jay Leno, you would find a joke on Canada or a Canadian every week.
I do not remember the name of the John Candy movie which had the US invasion of Canada as its premise. It was a comedy and in reality it would all it take for US of A to invade Canada.

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....
"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"
Direction : Michael Moore
Movie : Canadian Bacon.
Alan Alda and John Candy..

The cowards never started,
The weak died on the way,
Only the strong arrived.
