JOB DUTIES:

1. Prospect, generate, maintain and qualify leads through outbound/inbound telephone calls. 2. Maintains database of generated leads. Manages accounts and follow up on leads. Compiles productivity reports for management review.

Coordinates with credit and accounting administration to ensure contracted leads are activated and applications are completed and processed in a timely manner.

5. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

6. Periodically performing additional duties as they relate to activation, retention and attrition of accounts boarded within the platform.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary School Diploma with a minimum of six months telephone sales experience or equivalent required. General knowledge of credit card merchant/consumer environment, marketing, and business practices, are required. Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational and personal computer skills also required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position involves all steps necessary to lead the Marketing efforts for Canada outbound to Europe regions.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the position includes the whole marketing process, from developing a strategic vision to the supervision and cooperation with field/external personnel on the implementation of field activities.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will help lead all Marketing planning, coordination, agency administration, implementation and reporting for the outbound market for Europe, including budget management, research, internet, logistics and Marketing programs implementation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Develop, implement and evaluate strategic marketing programs for the regions in close consultation field/ANM personnel.

2. Guide advertising and media agencies and cross functional teams in the development and execution of all marketing programs including creative development and media planning.

3. Ensure that agents and external partners (e.g. suppliers) adhere to company’s merchandising and cross merchandizing standards.

4. Implement Brand Essence, Brand Awareness and Brand Management policy.

5. Work with Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and shared services groups to ensure that marketing programs are in line and within budget of regional initiatives.

6. Coordinate marketing initiatives with other worldwide Outbound and in-country teams to leverage efforts.

7. In some instances, head a staff of community consultants in order to contribute to overall regional objectives, creating, planning and implementing all consumer programs and trade activities that add value to the business.

Qualifications

C. English language proficiency required. Working knowledge of Eastern Europe language desired.

D. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing and managing annual strategic international marketing plans. It must include creative advertising, media planning, promotions, merchandising, public relations and market research.

E. Excellent presentation and negotiating skills in a cross-cultural environment is a must.

JOB SUMMARY:

Manage existing portfolio of National accounts with a focus on retention and added value upselling to existing accounts, coordinate implementation of corporate accounts as support for the National Sales team. Attrition of accounts represents a sizeable financial risk as a result of a loss in achieved revenue, and internal resource expense required to compensate for that loss, manage portfolio of 75-125 accounts with potential volume up to 250 MM in annual mastercard sales.

JOB DUTIES:

Manages day to day customer service concerns for accounts within portfolio by acting as primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
Supports sales process by accompanying BDMs on sales calls when relationship management is used as a sales tool and by coordinating major acct implementations(working with Credit/AIS teams)
Works with internal shared service teams ie., periodic review and mid risk management to obtain relevant financial information from existing clients, monitor account variables on a monthly basis ie, volume, ATS, DIA to manage fees applied to accounts.
Identifies accounts presenting an attrition threat, apply retention programs to prevent attrition, and upsell (cross-sell) business line or business partner products/services and additional entitlements i.e., Visa.
Actively identifies contracts prior to their expiry date with the intention of successfully renewing the contract and extending the term of the business relationship.

SUPERVISION:

No Supervisory responsibility

Routinely work with FDMS operational support teams, settlement/funding, AIS, Credit/Periodic Review, chargebacks and retrievals. Maintains regular contact with senior level decision makers and day to day business contacts associated to individual accounts.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Clear knowledge of industry standards, keen understanding of back office support requirements, working knowledge of Credit Card Association policies and practices, strong relationship building skills, some level of sales experience.
