There is a chance that some of the recruiters may not be working with the same company, see you could reach the board and get to other recruiters...

I donot know much about the telecom sector but can forward you the names of some recruiters if you wish.

Have you contacted big telecome comapnies like Rogers, Telus, Look Coomunications, Bell, CGI etc.

try looking into the rim(blackberry) site.
i think they are looking in that kind of experiences.
you do not need a reference for that even.
