There were claims that the operator of the TV screen inside the Wankhede Stadium pressed the red 'out' button before the umpire had given his decision.
"He also felt the batsman was out, but the operator should not have taken the matter in his hand and flashed the decision on the screen before the umpire's verdict," he added.

Strange, I always thought the Third umpires clicked (pressed) the red/green button themselves...there is no logic to have someone else PUSH on thier behalf..
..its not that difficult thing to do from your a/c room...Luckily, the decision was correct, but if it wasn't? ICC should think of putting an end to this 'RELAY' exercise...

How can he outsource when the game is in India? May be to China since labor cost is much less?
Technically he outsourced the work as the TV operator did the work for the umpire. Or should I say that we have too many people to do too few things? (availability of plenty of cheap labor)
