hi,

Few minutes ago when I was getting from metro "place de Arts" & during the exit , a man (a white man looks sportive & ready to make fight) cut on my way & said "f off" ... I did not give any attention cause u know we hear such words a lot by bad guys here & their & manytimes come from crazy people here & their... but then he repeated with anger as if I did something wrong --- we were both walking our way to the exit & when I reached the main cabinet I stood a little & he continued on-- then when the guy reached the top ready to go to the bus he looked at me again & repeated the bad word & said "are you afraid to go on" then he stepped down the stairs and approached me again with repeating the same word giving me no chance to say a word then make a round circle me at the center... I took up my phone to dial 911-I asked him if he knows me-(the metro ticket workers were 7 meters far from us) .... then he went on his own....

I asked for no help but then I realised that this might happen to anyone else because at that moment i was ready to fight him at a glance if he keeps on....

I wonder what's going on- are crazy people living everywhere in this country- the man was not a student not a beggar ... but he looks like a worker with an "ear-ring"....

Iam sharing my story to check so that if someone faced the same .......

by the way:
what are the LEGAL SELF DEFENSE in montreal other than martial arts?
Are spary gas defense allowed ? I think not- If so, what's allowed then?

Be aware of your surroundings..

I wasnt able to find great information on the net about self defense but if you want to know what is legal or not..call a lawyer or legal aid clinic.
