BTW, it sounds like you are suffering from this problem for a long time now.
Maybe it is time to seek medical advice from a Dr.
Also, it's high time to re-evaluate your diet and eating habits.

What are your typical daily meals like - maybe there's a clue in there somewhere.

Do you mind posting yout typical meal composition?

Stay away from coffee and coke or pepsi and you should be fine if thats the problem.

Are you working hard, or hardly working?

I take one herbal tablet once a week. Usually, after eating beans etc. I am trying to eat more veg protein and you find that only in beans. So after eating beans twice, i take one tablet.
