Interesting article Thanks. My thought is that there is a general perception that IT Jobs are hard to come by unless one has a university level education in computer science or engineering.

I do feel that the market now requires an IT professional to have a variety of business skills and capabilities - its more of a multi tasking position than it may have been. Softskills - very important etc.
