folks, when is Dawali being celebrated here in GTA. Nov 1 or Nov 4. I'm seeing to different dates.......

I am not sure about Dawali - is it a Punjabi festival?

but yes Diwali is on 1st Nov.

You are not one of those SOUTH INDIANS who believe everybody in north India are Punjabi or Bhaiya.......Diwali is Hindu festival....When Ram returned from vanvas



I am Punjabi and my wife is Telugu. After we had dated for about 6 months, she finally asked me THE QUESTION

Why don't you WEAR A TURBAN!!! :D

Just like most Northies tend to group all South Indians as Madrasis (Ouch!! :D ), most South Indians tend to equate Sikhs with Punjabis.
